SafetyPass provides online Occupational Health and Safety training and issues digital smart cards that store the related certificates. Access to training material lasts 30 days from activation.
A valid email address is required to place an order. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for safeguarding their access credentials.
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. Bank account details are sent by email after the order is submitted. The account is activated within 1 business day of the deposit being confirmed.
All training material, texts, images and software are the intellectual property of NextEra Group and ΕΛ.ΙΝ.Υ.Α.Ε. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.
NextEra Group is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, third-party technical issues or misuse by the user.
NextEra Group reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect when posted on the site.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
