This policy describes how NextEra Group collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Identification: full name, email, phone
• Company information: company name, VAT / Tax ID (for invoicing)
• Order details: product, quantity, date, reference code
• Technical data: IP, browser type, functional cookies

3. Purpose of processing

• Order fulfilment and delivery of SafetyPass services
• Invoicing and tax compliance
• Communication about your order and training
• Service and site improvements

4. Data retention

Order data is kept for as long as required by tax law (at least 5 years). Training profile data is kept for the validity period of the certificate (3 years).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, email contact@safetypass.gr

6. Third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with ΕΛ.ΙΝ.Υ.Α.Ε. for issuing the attendance certificate, and with service providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for operation. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Complaints

You can file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
