Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer to a NextEra Group account. We do not accept credit card or other electronic payment methods.
1. You submit the order through the form.
2. You receive an email with bank account details and a reference code.
3. You make the deposit using the reference code as the payment description.
4. You confirm the deposit by emailing the receipt to contact@safetypass.gr (optional, but it speeds things up).
5. We activate your account within 1 business day of confirmation.
The deposit must be completed within 7 calendar days of the order. Orders that are not paid within this period are automatically cancelled.
The invoice is issued with the company details provided in the order form. If you need an invoice, make sure to fill in company name and VAT / Tax ID.
SafetyPass services are digital training services. Once the account is activated and the training material is accessed, refunds are not available. Before activation, you may request cancellation and a refund.
