What is SafetyPass?

SafetyPass is the unified baseline OSH training program, developed by ΕΛ.ΙΝ.Υ.Α.Ε. and NextEra Group. It delivers online training, an assessment test and a digital smart card that holds your training certificates.

How many levels are there?

Three. Workforce (Green, baseline, for everyone), Construction (Orange, for construction sites) and Energy (Red, for energy facilities). Workforce is required before Construction or Energy.

How is the training delivered?

100% online and self-paced. You log into the platform from desktop, tablet or mobile, go through the material at your own pace and complete a final assessment test.

How long do I have access?

You get access to the training material for 30 days from activation. The completion certificate itself is valid for 3 years.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. After you submit the order, we email you the bank account details and a reference code. Once the deposit is confirmed, we activate your account.

How quickly is the account activated?

Within 1 business day of the deposit being confirmed.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Enter your VAT / Tax ID and company details in the order form.

What is the smart card?

A digital card that stores your training certificates. Inspectors scan it and verify your training status instantly in the field.

Does the training need to be renewed?

The completion certificate is valid for 3 years. After that, you retake the training to renew.

Do you offer training for multiple employees?
